In line with the changes of the times, industrial revolutions and digital transformation, and to catch up with development, it has become necessary for us to develop the education system in the country, especially technical and artistic education, as its importance is crystallized in meeting the needs of the labor market, in addition to its role in achieving the scientific and technical renaissance as it is a main source for preparing the skilled workers that it needs. Country. We affirm that the Ministry of Technical and Technical Education in the Libyan government pays great attention to developing technical and technical education in quantity and quality as the ultimate goal of an ambitious strategy to develop education and improve its outcomes. We also affirm that all industrial and productive state institutions, both governmental and private, must intensify and coordinate with the Ministry of Technical and Technical Education so that we can improve Standards of life and services in society by providing opportunities to develop skills and expertise in technical and vocational fields, and to work to expand the knowledge and technology base and to qualify young people to participate and contribute to the development of the country and achieve social and economic stability by improving and supporting technical and technical education.
